The challenge
Data delivery was completely manual: FASTQ files were copied and moved through command-line terminals. The process was fragile and prone to human error, with frequent technical problems such as running out of disk space, stalled copies and missing notifications, because there was no archiving or monitoring in place. The process worked, until it didn’t.
What we delivered
Data delivery setup
Instead of a fixed FTP-style delivery pattern, sequencing data is routed to the endpoint that fits each project setup: customer-managed storage, service-provider storage, cloud destinations, or FTP where a customer still requires it. The technical complexity stays inside the delivery pipeline, so customers get a better-fitting setup without extra manual coordination. The pipeline covers both NGS and Sanger sequencing deliveries.
